Sheraton Puerto Rico Resort & Casino - San Juan

This hotel is great, and has free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an amazing infinity pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me find a better taxi. I highly recommend this place! I'm coming back for Christmas!

Hotel is a good hotel but the money you have to pay to stay there is truly ridiculous. A turkey sandwich $21.00, breakfast $41 totally ridiculous.

Poor in leisure, animation,enjoy.Just googd for sleeping

Awesome staff and views!

The staff was super helpful! They gave us a new room and discounts after hearing about the noise, so nice 😄 The views from our room were fine, and the pool area is beautiful with an infinity pool.

The rooms are very comfortable, the staff - very polite.

Hotel was extremely clean. Room was comfortable. Good size gym with new equipment.

Great hotel for location and price. We dealt with one rather rude person at the front desk. Fortunately, we later had someone else help us who very gracious and the rest of the staff we encountered during our stay were very friendly and helpful.

Group Stay with a Local Vibe

The staff was beyond helpful. I can't stop thinking about the very nice food, especially the local specialties in the hotel eateries, I had so many Cuban sandwiches I lost count.

It wasn't exactly affordable but you get what you pay for.

The Sheraton PR Convention Center Hotel is a new, clean and comfortable hotel. If you have business at the convention center, it is ideal, however it is not centrally located to the rest of San Juan. It is also ideal for cruise departures from the Pan American Piers. A city bus from right out front gets you to Old San Juan for 75 cents. The hotel's dining options are good given there is no other restaurants in the immediate area. Our rooms were ready for check-in by noon and the pool area is fantastic, with views of the cruise ships and old San Juan.

Breakfast is not available until 6:30am and we had to leave by 6 to catch our flight home.

The hotel offers a great selection of food that was great. The rooms are neat and en suite with a very comfortable bed & pillows and hot tubs, for instance.

The bay view room was fine. The attentive staff stood out, especially Tonya at Choices restaurant, whose service enhanced our dining experience. While we loved the infinity pool, it was unfortunate that it was under maintenance , forcing us to use the A Loft pool instead. There could have been more organic food options at the restaurants.

Ease of access to Old San Juan.

Being charged for Club Level and not getting the Club experience. Instead they offered us breakfast. As a frequent business traveler Club is my retreat not a breakfast facility. They offered no refund, just breakfast. Take or leave it seemed to be their attitude.

The hotel is brand new. The room was large and comfortable with two double-beds. The view from the room was beautiful. This hotel is very close to the port. The room was quiet at night but rather noisy during the day time because our room was facing a park with a carousel and other attractions. The price per room was reasonable.

The hotel is located in a new development area; it is far away from the San Juan old town. There is no public transportation available. The only way to get to the old town is by taxi. The round trip may cost you $30.00. There are a few restaurants at the hotel. They are expensive and the selection of food is limited. We ended up ordering pizza for dinner. I will choose a different hotel next time because of the Sheraton’s remote location.

The elegant decor and spacious lobby. I appreciated the easy access to common areas.

More senior-friendly seating options would be beneficial.

New hotel, great rooms. Helpful staff.

New building, with casino. Steps from convention center, and maybe 15 min walking to happening sites and places. Good restaurant, Texas de Brazil, although expensive great quality and awesome service. The staff was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
